RETIREMENT BENEFIT PLAN
This Teamsters Local Union No. 572 Retirement Benefit Plan (the "Plan") was originally adopted effective as of September 1, 1994. The Plan is federally qualified under the I.R.S. and the Department of Labor Regulations.
The Plan is designed to afford Eligible employees an opportunity to increase their security at retirement through employer contributions during their periods of active employment while this Plan remains in effect.
